Bookings must be for 2 days minimum.
A 40% deposit is required when booking (non-refundable).
The balance is due at the latest 10 days before your stay.

Prices include :
The skipper service for ‘sailing’ prices.
The boat provided with a full petrol tank. It must be returned under the same conditions at the hirer’s cost.
Final cleaning
VAT and boat insurance.

Sailing with the boat is only allowed with our skipper.
They yacht details are displayed in good faith and considered correct but are not guaranteed. Details to be confirmed by our yacht rental experts during the booking process. All information is subject to change without notice. The yacht rental prices are for a week’s rental. The exact prices and/or any other detail will be confirmed in the charter party.
All the applicable taxes are in addition.
We use the MYBA (The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement (click to read) which is produced to standardise the terms of the charter and protect the hirer (you), the owner and the agent/broker. It has standard protections and escalation clauses in the event of problems. Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you must pay the whole charter fee whether or not you board the yacht.
Under exceptional circumstances, you may be able to cancel, but the money will only be reimbursed if the yacht can be chartered to another customer, so we recommend you take out cancellation insurance.
The charter fees must be paid in full when the charter contract is signed. Additional spending is allocated to the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). The APA generally accounts for 30% of the total rental amount and depends on your itinerary, food, drinks, etc. The captain will keep a precise register of the funds spent during your rental and at the end of the rental you will be reimbursed the difference, or asked to pay more during the cruise if additional operating expenses are incurred.
When the boat is sailing, all fuel costs are at the hirer’s expense.
